We hired Mr. Peart for estate matters. I would not recommend or hire him again. He is good at reels you in to costly legal bills. No action and big bills.

This lawyer is not familiarizing himself with the facts, he just jumps to strange conclusion without reviewing available materials. Don't spend your money.

Don't waste your time and money. He was useless, he changes his opinion and strategy (actually he doesn;t have the strategy) everytime when you meet him and cam't connect diferent facts.

Horrible experience! He jumps to concussion not even reviewing case details and he has troubles to see the entire picture
