Let me first say that Paul Garcia was appointed by the courts for my case, which makes this review even more daunting. He truly has no business governing Anything to do with children/families. He KNOWINGLY gave my child to a documented abuser and never completed any sort of background checks/CANTS reports. He also spoke to his “client” (my child) one time in the period of a year. My reason for responding to his review page is because his conduct/sarcastic/emotionally withdrawn comments are disturbing, to say the least. His conduct is overall unethical and it’s very surprising that the courts still allow this man to operate under their immunity umbrella. He should not be allowed to destroy families without having completed the simplest part of any thorough investigation. He needs his professional conduct and ethics investigated thoroughly.

This particular lawyer is a sham, he says he works for a certain fee for the whole process than he asks you for more and drops the case citing "professional differences" between him and the client. Unheard of. BEWARE!! Do not get suckered in. Lack of communication and would let us know too late when the court dates are.
