I decided to write a review on Mr. Lannan because of the way he was during and after my legal separation. It was very obvious that Mr. Lannan's top priority was for MY best interest and yet being fair to ex husband. I feel I received exceptional service and would highly recommend Mr. Lannan to anyone who wants an honest and caring Lawyer to handle their personal issues.

Michael helped me in a time of need as we all know and legal situation which involves family law is not easy for any of us. He was always there when I needed him no matter what day no matter what time he would respond efficiently. He is affordable, determined and very knowledgeable, he lets you know the truth even if it is not what you want to hear. We expect lawyers to win our case but in reality we need them to fight for us and that what is what he does. Judges determine if you succeed not the lawyer so with this kept in mind Michael is a fighter and a pit bull in the court room. He knows your rights and knows how to challenge and what deserves to be challenged even a hardship OCL report. I highly recommend his services as I am writing this in the middle of my family law battle as many opinions change after the fact pending on outcome. Not all cases are deserved to be won but the fact is you fight for what you believe in and this man will have your back through the fight.

I had a case that had been going on for nearly 2 years, and it was going no where. I met with Mr.Lannan and he took the time to go over all the notes and explain things clearly. He is caring, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He was well prepared when we had court, and he took full control at trial, displaying his knowledge and drive to serve his clients. When I met this man, he took the time to go over all the facts, review all the details, and explain everything that was going on with my case. After meeting with Mr. Lannan, I was confident that he would take care of matters,and was confident that he had all the knowledge needed to move forward and take things to trial!! He did just that, and there is no doubt in my mind that without him as my lawyer, my case could have ended with a deadbeat, violent, and criminal having access to a child he chose to neglect. Mr.Lannan is one of the best. Dont let the less than positive reviews stop you from seeing this lawyer... Bitter people and the ones on the losing end are the ones who will post the negativity. He is 10 ++++++

Michael is an amazing lawyer! Prior to obtaining him as my lawyer I had a different Lawyer, with Home I was not happy. Once Michael became my lawyer I was very pleased with the outcome and have referred him to a few of my friends and they were also pleased with the service he provided. He is very experienced and very knowledgeable.

My ex hired this guy after firing her first lawyer and he was as good as the first one. I actually felt bad for her briefly. He doesn't look after his clients, he's solely in it for the money. Our divorce went to a trial which lasted 10 days. I watched this guy fall asleep on multiple occasions during the trial. Not very well prepared and should have had his client settle out of court as the result wasn't pretty. His client, the mother was ill prepared for trial and was destroyed on the witness stand. As a result the father won sole custody. A deal was offered but couldn't get his client to take it. Obviously doesn't provide sound advice.

I don't know where any of the bad reviews would come from. I've received sound advice from Mr. Lannan. He's very approachable and has responded to emails within 30 minutes on a weekend. I would recommend him.

Whistles and talks at the same time. He knowingly represents his clients even when it is a conflict of interest. Crooked as they come and only in it for the money. I know some lawyers lie at times but this man is pure evil.

He is very knowledgeable and whenever I email him he writes back quickly even when he is out of the country. He gives me sound information. And he is genuine honest and tells it the way it is. I would definitely recommend him.

It takes a little effort to get some communication with him...that's his worst quality. When it came to crunch time he was a bulldog. Really knew how to control the stand and get the best result for me. Now my case was an easier one..imo..but still..it worked out in the end. And he a proud supporter of the unionized community and the plans they provide and that is huge plus!! I recommend him..but he needs to work on communication better.

This guy has one thing on his mind and that is his pocket book. If there is a dime to be made from his clients he will take a quarter. Does not work in the best interests of his client.
