Was about to go with this guy after a meeting that went well. He talks to you like your dumb but whatever most lawyers do. Was going to call back and sign up but after looking him up on the law society site I about jumped... he threatened to use a crowbar at a tow truck place after his mom's car got towed. Then I saw his interview with one of the TV stations where he said he's crazy. Ya no... I'm good.

I am a retired lawyer with 25 years of experience. I retained Thomas for a slander case. It was my first time to be on the other side of the bench and Thomas was an amazing advocate for me. Communication was always open and he never made me feel that I was wasting his time. There was always lots of time to talk with me and even joke around a bit. I trust him explicitly and feel he is one of the most honest lawyers you can find. He is a pitbull in the courtroom and will fight for what is right. I was injured in a car crash in 2013. Thomas was a referral two years later. It turned out to be a turning point for me. Thomas is intelligent, knowledgeable, hardworking, thorough, and tenacious. But what surprised me the most was his willingness to listen, just listen...he was never too busy to talk to me if I was struggling. And I did...a lot.(I must add here that his staff became very special to me also.) I was injured far more than I knew. Once Thomas stepped in, I was sent for all the tests that I had needed for the past two years. Ultimately, in spite of serious attempts to settle, we ended up in court. It was a long trial, and Thomas worked constantly. His long hours of preparation and his ability to think outside the box when needed are second to none. I have a chance at a new start in my life now, and while it will never be the same, I am hopeful again. So many times, I wanted to give up and he always found a way to keep me going. He is a 10 in my books.

Contrary to whatever has come up through the law Society let me tell you from personal experience, I had one of the messiest divorces. My ex works for the government and used it to play games . Block my driveway, look in my windows at 2am etc, and hid behind his Job . I was so grateful to have a lawyer with zero tolerance for games and BS . His blunt approach was exactly what I needed to straighten my situation out . My previous lawyer told me with the high up job my ex had I was doomed and to throw in the towel. The tables turned when I hired Thomas and he completely straightened out my situation . As for his fees , he nowhere near “soaked” me. I cannot thank Thomas for the peace I have in my life .. and that of my children’s ??

Had consultation meeting with him and right away came off being demeaning and made remarks about my children's names. But we played it off and gave him the benefit of the doubt. After the meeting I had a simple question regarding the retainer so I called back the office and spoke to his assistant Chan who couldn't t give me a definitive answer and told me to speak with Thomas himself. I finally got a return call after a few days and instead of answering my simple question he came off being very difficult and rude. All I wanted to know was if the retainer that I give would be subtracted off his commission and no one was able to answer that which I found very odd!!

I hired Thomas for a family law matter and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
Thomas won the case when it came to a travel issue with my daughter and my ex-wife. My daughter and I have a great trip, something we will always remember. Thomas had Chris Carta take care of my child support issue with my ex-wife and was also very professional, knowledgeable, and really guided me through difficult decisions. Thomas Harding is a lawyer that I would recommend and really goes that extra mile to keep his client content. His cross examination is intence and unstoppable.I have never scene anything like it. I have him as councel, he is the first lawyer that did not at anytime give me the feeling that some back room deal was in the works for my injury claim. Very rare for me to have found a lawyer who met my extra high standards. As an international consultant to CEOs, I was very analytical and accurate about people. Mr Harding was/is very bright = WOW! Truthfully, Thomas had his hands full with my case. Yet, he and his excellent staff did a great job and made me feel safe during my brain injury case.
