Thomas represented me in a family law case that was complicated. His expertise, time, and dedication to tell my "story" and to get the facts across were paramount to my case. His years of experience and his ability to see situations from different angles meant that he knew what to do, and how to do it, all the while ensuring a respectful and professional demeanour not only with me, but in his proceedings against the other party. Mr Harding is extremely intelligent, dedicated, understanding, articulate, confident and professional. He was my lawyer in a family law case and I always felt he had my back. He protected my children which was the most important issue in the case. He was a real advocate for me when I felt the system had failed and was very difficult to navigate. thomas harding has been my lawyer for decades. he is trustworthy, honest, and professional. i been able to deal with a great deal of hassle because mr harding is sensible and has always been wise and gentle counsel. he will always be my advisor because he listens to me and does not let me do anything stupid. i like him because he LISTENS and then he does wonderful things and maked things work. i trust his judgement and his superior communication skills. i am very grateful for him as my advocate.

Contrary to whatever has come up through the law Society let me tell you from personal experience, I had one of the messiest divorces. My ex works for the government and used it to play games . Block my driveway, look in my windows at 2am etc, and hid behind his Job . I was so grateful to have a lawyer with zero tolerance for games and BS . His blunt approach was exactly what I needed to straighten my situation out . My previous lawyer told me with the high up job my ex had I was doomed and to throw in the towel. The tables turned when I hired Thomas and he completely straightened out my situation . As for his fees , he nowhere near “soaked” me. I cannot thank Thomas for the peace I have in my life .. and that of my children’s ??

Thomas is a very knowledgeable and through lawyer. His vast range of expertise is amazing. I completely trusted Thomas to guide me in the process and decisions I needed to make. Reading the other reviews, I completly and whole heartedly AGREE! Thomas is amazing, he expertly handled my case to an excellent ending. Thomas is everything you would and wouldn't expect in a lawyer. He was extremely knowledgable, tenacious, and loyal to me as a client and wouldn't settle for second best, even when I felt like throwing the towel in. At the same time he strikes me as a bit of an anomaly in the legal world--he cares, he exemplifies a client centred approach, and he is humorous--all of which dissipated our stress and worry.

I hired Thomas for a family law matter and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
Thomas won the case when it came to a travel issue with my daughter and my ex-wife. My daughter and I have a great trip, something we will always remember. Thomas had Chris Carta take care of my child support issue with my ex-wife and was also very professional, knowledgeable, and really guided me through difficult decisions. I feel if you have Thomas and his team working for you, you will get nothing but professional people working for you that get positive results.

Thomas Harding is a lawyer that I would recommend and really goes that extra mile to keep his client content. His cross examination is intence and unstoppable.I have never scene anything like it. I have him as councel, he is the first lawyer that did not at anytime give me the feeling that some back room deal was in the works for my injury claim. Thomas Harding is a truth seeker and does whats rite for his client. The best word that comes to mind when thinking of him is court-room warrior.

Very rare for me to have found a lawyer who met my extra high standards. As an international consultant to CEOs, I was very analytical and accurate about people. Mr Harding was/is very bright = WOW! Truthfully, Thomas had his hands full with my case. Yet, he and his excellent staff did a great job and made me feel safe during my brain injury case. My safety zone included only a handful of human beings. Thomas = brilliant and deep human being who is devoted to Lifelong Service through his family, community and profession.
