Kate Anderson has completely failed in her role to protect a minor. Her communication is unprofessional and lacking. She jumps to accusations without gathering enough information to make a fair judgment. Her bias toward females is clear, siding with women without fully understanding the situation. She issues orders but gives no guidance on how to follow them. She lacks people skills, struggles to read verbal cues, and can’t distinguish the truth from the story.
