This lawyer was a complete failure in court. Showed up with a file folder no briefcase, not dressed properly for court, asked for change to pay for the meter. completely unorganized. Could not speak to the judge, constantly had to be reminded of thing's. he is very unprofessional, his office is a mess and full of dirty clothes. he missed multiple appoitments, we had to drive him to the library to use the internet and make copies. he wasted our money and our time and humilated us in court.

He is a great lawyer, he explained everything so it made sense, told me exactly what I should expect whether it was good or bad. His downfalls are sometimes hard to get a hold of depending on how busy he is and less aggressive than other lawyers. Overall he is a great lawyer and would use him again. He did more for me then any of my previous lawyers.

I found this lawyer to be terrible and no where near aggressive enough. I had also just come to find out as well that the information that he had ensured me would be added to my case had not been. Had he done so; I may have won my argument. There had also been an issue regarding contact as well; keeping in touch with clients is not something that is favoured by this lawyer at all

Daniel is a former lawyer of mine and I thought that he was wonderful. We had mutually agreed that he would no longer represent, and despite that he sat behind me in court; just in case I needed him. The only lawyers that would do something like that are the ones that truly do care about their clients. Daniel is amazing and I would reccommend him to anyone.

I hired this lawyer and he never returned my calls or emails and it was almost as if he was working with the other side. He never fought for what I wanted and delayed things many times over. He uses several tactics to make you think he is handling your case when in reality he does nothing. Paperwork was constantly incomplete or filed incorrectly and he was extremely unprofessional. You could do a better job representing yourself! Guaranteed!

I hired this man using legal aid. Not only was he rude, I could never get a hold of him or have him retry messages. He was late if be showed up at all, just couldn't be bohered to tell me what was going on or that he wasn't meeting me. My custody case was given 2 extensions because of his work ethic (or lack of) and was told to pay the other party 200$ in costs for wasting everyone's time. He embarrassed me and my family and seems to choose the clients he will be making most bank off of. If you don't care about loosing, hire him.
