He was representing someone I had to sue and it was very clear from documents prepared by him that he was not in possession of the basic facts and was not communicating well with his client. He was rude and condescending on the phone initially with me and later my lawyer even pointed out some significant errors in his prepared documentation. After our legal matter was resolved privately I later spoke to the defendant several times and he was very disappointed in the service he got and paid way more than I did for less work.

This guy is a crappy lawyer, he has been at this job for probably 30+ years and still hasn't made partner. He is so unenthusiastic about his work, and is the least aggressive litigator I have ever come across. He bills for every petty little thing, like picking up a pen, or leaving you a voicemail. His writing is terrible, he has a horrendous memory, and will do nothing but rack up your bill and do nothing for your case. Do yourself a favour, hire ANYBODY but this clown.
