Elizabeth Stewart defrauded me with a scam by my neighbor to steal my house. This old bag didn't write the decision and it was written by someone associated with the dirty crook next door who had $600,000.00 mortgage and got a lawyer to stage the court fraud at Small Claims Court to rob me. I caught the crooked lawyer giving the judgement he wrote himself to the judge x 2 to steal from me. I am going public with these scumbags to alert others about court corruption right into the Court of Appeal. You are a disgrace Elizabeth Stewart and this dingbat couldn't walk a straight line. She knew when she signed the judgement it was written by someone else. I had a witness with me, who is a member of the Law Society, at the hearing or there is no way this was written by Elizabeth Stewart because everything that was discussed at the hearing is not documented in the judgement.

Elizabeth Stewart has been the family lawyer I needed. Knowledgeable, compassionate and honest with me at all times. She explored various avenues and presented me with the pros and cons of each. She kept a realistic view, and ensured I did as well. In the end things turned out very favourably. I definitely recommend Ms. Stewart!

Elizabeth Stewart is a knowledgeable and experienced attorney. She is dedicated to clients. Elizabeth is honest and thoughtful about clients and their cases. And she does everything she can to get things going fast. She is a lawyer I would highly recommend!??

I cannot say enough about Elizabeth. My situation has been quite complicated - and has dragged out somewhat, time wise. Elizabeth has always made time for my questions/meetings - and has explained the process to me in 'plain english'. I feel like Elizabeth truly had my best interests in mind. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Family Law Lawyer!

Elizabeth was a great asset to my divorce team. She explained my rights and fought really, really hard for me. Despite being bullied by other the other lawyer, mediator, and their client. Her vast knowledge helped guide me towards the right decisions. I am forever grateful.

Elizabeth did a great job for me. She advised me thoroughly of options and my and my ex's responsibilities under the law. She was thorough and complete in her work. She took my calls when I needed to speak with her, often immediately setting aside other work to answer my questions. She put up with incessant "what if" questions from me that in retrospect did not need to be asked. She displayed patience, knowledge and a desire to meet or exceed my goals and objectives, which were achieved ahead of what I had anticipated with the results I desired.
