I had received a ticket for traffic violation, and hired Mr. Dave to represent me. He was diligent, thorough, and very professional. I was very nervous going to the court, but he had done his homework and assured me of favorable outcome in my case. He talked to the judge, and in only a few minutes, my case was dismissed. Don't look any farther for an attorney. He is a knowledgeable genius. I got tickets total of 11 points and could have lost my license for a few months. Reckless driving, dismissed. Disregard stop sign, dismissed. I got 4 points for improper passing. He is a 10 in a rating of 1 to 5. Unbelievable. I just misunderstood him when he said he would do all the talking. DUH, since he wasn't there when it happened, I had to tell the court about the accident. Double DUH!! He is AMAZING.

Attorney Gaurav Dave is a lifesaver! I had three tickets which included driving without insurance, driving an unregistered car, and "fictitious plates". I had the risk of losing my licence for a year and doing community service but Mr. Gaurav got the judge to dismiss both major tickets! I only had to pay $100 and court fees and I kept my licence. I am glad that I got him as an attorney, I cant't even imagine what I would've happened without him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I would highly recommend Gaurav to anyone in need of legal representation. Not only is Gaurav an excellent attorney, but he seems to really cares about you personally and will achieve the best results for your situation. Gaurav went above and beyond for me and exceeded my expectations, as I was facing two 4 point speeding tickets which I did not think I would get out of. As he promised Gaurav was able to reduce the points on both of my tickets which helped me avoid having my license suspended. My case was very difficult I was facing mandatory 45 days in jail for driving under a suspended license but Att Gaurav fought till the last second proved I didn't have acknowledgement of the suspension and was acquitted only had to plead guilty and pay the fine for failure to stop.
