Bauer represented plaintiffs strong case,instead of winning case for his client, defendants told him they would file bankruptcy,appeal or judgement & he would get nothing for his contingency fee. defendants told him if he helped them manipulate the case, change the facts, submit false testimony without bauer opposing,arguing or attending the hearings to change the facts & get case against them dismissed, they would financially reward him (fyi-clients case sued for 500k)he chose to **** over his own client with high merit case to assist defendants in frauding plaintiff out of his case.he colluded in the fraud.judge granted defendants motions to amend their answers/interr(with false testimony)he didnt send plaintiff docs of motions/decision/letters.client knew nothing.after defendants were granted summary judgement-he coldly told his client he had no case&gave zero explanation.Deceptive major piece of crap.wouldn't let him represent a houseplant! disbarrment is eminent & well deserved!
