Guava LLC v Spencer Merkel, with Dugas representing Gauva: Not only did he not win, he was ordered to pay the defendants legal fees, and the judge declared "This court finds that Dugas lacks any credibility with this Court based upon the actions he has taken in this matter. Therefore, any declaration and testimony offered is discredited with this Court" In my opinion he is a dishonest incompetent troll
