I had Ian Fisher as a lawyer over twenty years ago. There was a one hour wait in his "sitting room"...even though the appt. was booked! He was arrogant, over priced and unwilling to do his job. He sent my financial statement to my wife's lawyer so that they could examine it before filing their own. That, along with my actuarial pension statement that cost me $800 to produce. Thank goodness I found a respected and credible lawyer (Jason Howie) through a referral.

Very bad family lawyer! Uncooperative bullying lawyer. Cares only about his remuneration! Do not hire under any circumstances!

Garbage! An absolute garbage lawyer. He never fought for me at all.All he wanted to do was to get this case over with. He even told me so during the 4-way meeting. He said let's settle I don't want to be here all day.Unbelievable that a lawyer would say that? He made me feel like all my questions were dumb questions. Now I know why Sam Mossman recommended him...because he's a garbage lawyer. I called Sam to represent me but he couldn't because his associate was representing my ex-wife. So he recommended Ian Fisher. Now I know why. Because Mossman knew that Fisher was garbage; that it would be an easy win for him; that Fisher never fights for his clients; and that his team, and my ex, would make a killing. And boy did they ever. I'm in the process of paying 100's of 1000's of dollars, plus child support. Fisher fought for her more than he did me.Then he had the audacity to invoice me for $6800. He is absolutely the worst lawyer in the city. Do not call him under any circumstance
