I arrived at Lisa’s office at the worst time of my life. The children’s father took me to court. Lisa got me a broken mess, she built me back up to who I used to be. She gave everything to my case and in return she expected me to fight just as hard, get the materials and get the proof. Lisa does not take excuses or lies. She is the most ethical lawyer I have come across. Many people want their lawyer to be their therapist, Lisa is not your therapist, she respects your money and will not sit and listen to you cry about your life. You are in court - it is action time and if you have Lisa in your corner you will get the best results. Don’t go in with unrealistic expectations, listen to her and follow her guidance. Lisa is a tough lawyer. She will fight for you, she is extremely knowledgeable, do not second guess her. As I said, call your therapist if you need hand holding - CALL LISA BAUMAL IF YOU WANT TO GET THE BEST RESULTS FOR YOUR FAMILY LAW CASE!!!

L.Baaumal’s GREAT at arguing in court, but her arguing/belittling her own clients in office is common practice — not a good match for abused victims. I was forced to ditch my classes just “to prove to her” I was working on my case (she declined all my emails’ efforts). I sat on the floor while she shouted at me to place calls, for the SAME information I already emailed. Due to physical health issues, I asked to be able to sit at a desk 4hrs later; that was ok.. Lisa’s co-lessor came in and saw me using “a” desk. Then t.here were calls, and Lisa demanded I hear on speaker phone in her office. While it was apparent Lisa had had prior issues w/her co-lessors about her disrespect re: parking/dog, Lisa was asked to vacate the premises IMMEDIATELY. Lisa then accused ME she had to relocate!! My next appointment w/Lisa, she didn’t disclose her new location. I had to look it up, arrived 1hr late after showing up to the wrong address. Upon my arrival, Lisa just fired me! TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

Clearly there are some disgruntled misogynists posting on this website recently, perhaps they were on the losing side. Lisa did a fantastic job for me. She strongly argued my case and got a great result. Her strategy was clear and consistent. I am happy to be able to move on with my life and provide a peaceful and settled environment for my children.

She is a well priced senior lawyer. I reached out to ClearWay Law and they set up a consultation with Lisa. She does not offer free consultations. She has a cute dog at the office. But be aware if you are allergic to dogs.

I just would like to say I have worked with lisa in the past and although she is a fighter in the courts that doesnt exclude the fact that she is very abusive to her clients. She insults her clients and does not want to listen she wants to only hear what she wants to hear. She has degraded me serveral times and I refuse to work with her in the future because I do not wish to be degraded as a human being when trying to resolve a court matter where I am the victim. Its very difficult to communicate with this Lisa and many details in your case will be left out due to her inability to listen and respect her clients.

Lisa is an expert in her field, no question. She represented me in my divorce, provided clear options, and worked tirelessly to bring closure and got results i needed to move on (vs. tactics used by other lawyers who drag out cases and feed the drama - this is a big red flag if you meet one). I have referred colleagues (divorce), and family members (custody) - and all have remarked on her skill and professionalism, and again, she got excellent results in each and every case. Lisa wins cases, period. Happily, I am now consulting her to draw up cohabitation agreement - doing everything by the book this time - thanks again to Lisa's counsel! It's fascinating to see that other reviews are either super good, or really unhappy...perhaps disgruntled parties who have been on the losing side? Anyway, you should decide for yourself - it's your life, only settle for the best.

I have known Lisa through a friend for a few years. She did something more complicated for my friend which was successful. I needed Lisa's service for a divorce application. She knows everything there is to know. She makes sure you are aware of everything. She wants to make sure you are protected. Fair price for her service. I would recommend.

Lisa achieved an excellent result for me in an exceedingly difficult situation. She fought hard. Her tenacity, superior knowledge of the law, ability to draft incisive documents and skill in the courtroom are all incredible. She came very highly recommended to me as someone who is very direct and highly experienced. I'm so happy I followed through and called her. Her billing was clear and very reasonable. I highly recommend her, she is the lawyer you want looking out for your interests.

Why is she not reported to the bar yet? Unprofessional, does not listen - just wants you to take line of credit to pay her.. while there is no merit to even move on the case.. she insulted me all possible ways as well, discussing why I married who I married. I regret I paid her for initial consultation, should have just walk away.. Sue me!

Lisa comes highly recommended as a family lawyer. She does her research, is meticulous with documents, negotiates fiercely, knows when to push and when not to and is very fair. She works with her client in a team approach. Lisa knows the judges and the court system from her years of experience and helps her clients navigate the system. I recommend Lisa to any of my friends and colleagues.
