Very unprofessional and disorganized. Like nothing I have ever seen before. Does not follow through with appointments and grossly overcharges for the simplest things.

Worst experience at a law firm, unprofessional and have no idea why they’re doing. Andrew unger is never around, sets up meetings and doesn’t show up and clerks have no idea. I dropped original document and the firm lost them and accused me of never dropping them. After following up with our initial meeting couple of months after they wanted 10,000 retainer for smth that cost me $750. When I asked them to give my document back they said they can’t find them and told me I never dropped them.

I have done a few real estate transactions with mr unger. He is professional and diligent. All my closings were smooth. Highly recommended.

We did purchase and sale transactions with Mr Unger. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his assistant Ella. They were were very organized, explained things clearly, and made the whole process very easy. Thank you!!

When he registered for my second mortgage with a private lender for $35k, he charged me $1,356 for legal fees, and he also charged me $215 for title insurance. My mortgage broker told him that he was wrong for charging title insurance, so he refunded me that amount. When I sold my house less than a year later, he charged me over $600 in discharge fee. TD bank only charged me $300 for the first mortgage. When my lender dispute that charge for me, he said it's industry standard. I'm extremely unhappy with this lawyer.
