Litman is the best trial lawyer. He has the ability to think fast of his feet and ask probing questions. A Matlock in real life, who seems nice and he ripped the other side's witness apart. Always able to answer questions, even at night or weekends. Prepared his case well and knew every document. Had his research ready in court. Explained each step of the way, so I felt less anxious, and knew what the other side's attack strategy would be like. Got me through it all and we won. We have a lousy court system for children with learning disabilities, and he knows some parents are unable to cope with it and do not listen to him. Maybe those parents too have learning disabilities like their kids. I know about what the Court did to him, and how this young stupid supervisor over him used Litman against another lawyer. That other lawyer was dishonest, but not Litman. He is honest and ethical. Litman is my only choice for a lawyer, because he is the very best and knows his stuff. He is great!

This lawyer has been disciplined by a PA state licensing authority.He does not keep clients informed. He does not do his job as a lawyer. He does not file court papers correctly. He does not interview witnesses. He does not come to court prepared.He does not respond to clients in a timely fashion. He cheats clients out of money and does not supply services as his contract and him state he will and he should.
