He's a super star, there's no way else to put it. I can trust him with my business and I've never had anything to worry about, nor have I ever had anything but success. I get a kick out of some of the comments here - I'm thinking they're from people who didn't understand what they were getting in Brian - probably guilty as hell and Brian did everything he could for them, but that simply wasn't enough (probably wanted him to move mountains for pennies). What Brian is in the courtroom (and beyond) is simple: He tells it like it is, will work with you, makes sure you know where you stand, and works evenings, weekends, and holidays to fight for those who trust him. Tenacity, grit, fight, and respect - that's what you'll get from Brian - absolutely every time.

Great guy, he's full on knowledge and was able to help my family quickly and easily. He's straight to the point and direct, that's what we like. He doesn't mince words and he told us exactly what we needed to do and when we needed to do it to get the best results for our case. We did it, and he was right. I've had a few lawyers in halifax over the years for different things I needed for business or for my real estate. I'll never go anywhere else!

Brian is my lawyer. He is great. He is the Chair of the Nova Scotia Barristers Society Criminal Standards Committee and i son two other Committees. He is Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Criminal Justice Section (NS)and Military Justice Section (NS). He also supervises lawyers through the Bar Society. Brian has served me well.

Brian is a great guy and an excellent lawyer. He really knows his stuff. He is older and has been around for a long time. He gets straight to the point. What he says he will do, he does. You don't get to waste his time though. If he can help you, he says so. If he can't he says so. I has "attitude" which is just what I needed to get a good result. I strongly recommend him.

I was very disappointed with this lawyer. He let my husband believe that he had a chance in fighting a DUI charge and persuaded him to pay a very large amount of money. After months of trying to get him to return telephone calls, we went to his office only to get the run around that he was not in. we waited in the lobby of the building and soon Mr. Bailey came out of his office . We tried to talk to him, but he was very arrogant. Finally we had to get another lawyer and then go to court to get an order that Mr. Bailey return our money.

As a single mother going up against a man (father) of my child was scarey and a whole new enviroment I was not adjusted or educated in. I hired Mr. Bailey to respresent not just myself but my child. I was respected for each decision I made and was given all the guideance I surely needed throughtout the enitre court battle. I came out with a successful ending and that would NEVER of been achieved if Mr. Bailey was not on my team. My child and I thank you and your team for giving us the future we deserve.

Doesn't listen to clients, very arrogant, poor/lazy work quality, resulting in several re-do's. The initial meeting sounded very promising, however, once he was hired he became a different person. I would not recommend Brian Bailey.
