Louis signed a consent order without my knowledge and allowed things to be in it that were never discussed in court let alone agreed to. He also lied to me by stating that he had the signed order for me to pick up,meanwwhile it was not the signed/stamped order at all but a copy of a fax with the judge's name hand printed and in quotations. (I was informed by the RCMP that it was not an enforceable document that I had been given.) Louis also did not put my divorce thru to the judge as was also agreed to in court and told me that there were several "procedural steps" that needed to happen first. A former court barrister told me that it is a common ploy for lawyers to drag such things out to get more money,there are NO further steps needed. After 5 years I should already be divorced but am not.
