Extremely poor service. Never returns calls or emails. The poorest display of customer service Ive experienced anywhere. If you dont care about whats happening on your case choose him because you will never know.

Seems intelligent enough however his appearance is sloppy and he lacks ambition. Have to constantly nag at him to get anything accomplished on my file.

I couldnt imagine a worse lawyer out there. Chris Bataluk treats his clients with total disregard, never returns phone calls, makes it known how annoyed he is if you call him and charges a bunch of money for doing very little work.

If you are a glutten for punishment, by all means hire christopher bataluk as your injury lawyer. he does not update you on your case, racks the the bill for unecessary disbursements so that he can get his 30% cut.If you have already hired him, be sure to have the final bill reviewed by a taxation officer. he is not interested in fighting to get you a fair compensation for your injuries. he is looking to do the least amount of work and getting paid as quickly as possible
