David est un avocat d'une incompétence flagrante. Son comportement arrogant et agressif témoigne non seulement d'un manque de professionnalisme, mais aussi d'un mépris total envers ses clients. Il est désorganisé et incapable à mener à bien les affaires qui lui sont confiées. Et il exploite ses clients en leur facturant des honoraires exorbitants pour un travail médiocre, voire inexistant.
Sa propension à charger des heures sans progrès dans les dossiers révèle une volonté délibérée de maximiser ses profits au détriment des intérêts de ceux qui font appel à ses services. Il se comporte comme un véritable escroc, cherchant uniquement à profiter de la confiance et de la vulnérabilité de ses clients pour s'enrichir sans fournir le moindre effort réel.
Il est à éviter à tout prix. Son manque de compétence, son attitude arrogante et son désir de maximiser ses gains au détriment de ses clients en font un avocat non seulement peu fiable, mais également moralement répréhensible.

J'ai fait affaire avec lui il y a plusieurs années. Il me chargeait pour ses recherches car il ne connaissant la loi. Il m'a laissé tombé car j'étais souvent en désaccord avec sa facturation. Parle beaucoup et se répète donc au bout d'une heure, il n'y a pas grand chose qui a avancé mais sa facturation, oui. Non je ne recommande pas cet avocat.

Me Kellerman is a sincere and compassionate attorney, I highly disagree with the negative review. Yes, he is busy, but he has a small law firm. Although it may take him time to return a phone call, he always does. The quality of his work outweighs the response time. I do and will always recommend Me Kellerman, especially for people going through difficult times in their lives.

Mr. Kellerman is an extremely disorganized individual who is contantly unavailable. I did not feel any sincerity from him and all he wanted was my time and money and in return, I got none of his time. Choose wisely and if it is your only choice.

Me kellerman, is a very anxious when he is in the court room. He is not properly prepared. He spend more time talking with the the other layers client, while you wait at the opposite side for your turn in the court room. He gets on the judges bad side by questioning if the judge read all the affidavit. Keeps repeating nonsense to the judge and not providing actual facts and events. He allows his own personal opinion to cloud his ability to do his job. He is a father and believe in shared custody even if it not the best for the child. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Me Kellerman helped me through a number of difficult and emotional times by offering guidance, knowledge of the law and a reassuring ear while remaining thoroughly professional. David is conciliatory and resolution-minded, but his ability to apply the right amount of pressure when necessary has been invaluable. I've recommended Me Kellerman to friends and colleagues and wouldn't hesitate doing so again.

It was a pleasure working with David. Not only was the research that he did thorough and accurate but he also was cognizant of the feelings that I, as the client, had in a very emotional case.
