He does not know how to use a computer at all so forget any e-mail correspondence. This really slows up communication! Did not follow up on anything unless you ask two or three times. Bills for hours that don't even have to do with your case. Doesn't fight for his client and goes along with the DA and judge. Could not remember from meeting to meeting the facts of my case! Very unorganized! Persuades you to plead guilty and do anything the government says. Does not have an office to meet in. Bills you for meetings he attends that have nothing to do with your case. Always wants you to plea with the government so they can extend the case and continue to bill you! Billed me thousands of dollars to go out on the town with a former client. After I was sentenced and lost the case, he dropped me and would not return any phone calls to me or my wife for 3 weeks. I would not recommend this guy to anyone!
