I have retained Mr. Sumner as my attorney for corporate and probate matters in the past 7 years. In every dealing I have felt that Mr. Sumner was up front and honest about expectations and fees. He provided sound legal advice and has helped my and my companies to avoid expensive and fruitless legal cases. In my probate matters he and Mr. Romano helped me to expedite the matter as quickly as possible. Above these services he has truly seemed like a friend that happens to be an attorney. He is someone I can trust that has my best interests in mind when I go to him for legal help. I highly recommend Mr. Sumner to give him a try for corporate and/or probate matters.

Mr. Sumner have been my attorney for almost five years and through that years he have been honest and straight forward to me.All my business dealings that needed his advice always goes through him first. He is a good friend and adviser and I value his work ethics.

My family worked with Mr. Paul Romano, Mr. Sumner's partner. In my opinion, he did not help our family with our case. I feel, Mr. Kenneth Sumner only acted as a "Bill Collector" and harassed my family by contacting our real-estate agent, our Title company, and etc. We feel, Mr. Kenneth Sumner, treated us like we were garbage. Our family paid these two attorney's a lot of money, and for the amount they received, we feel, they did not do what they were hired to do. My family is still left without collected items, money, and the other person was not made to uphold to their part in our settlement agreement. This firm, in our opinion, did absolutely nothing to help us, they only hurt our family. We have had to turn Mr. Kenneth Sumner and his partner, Mr. Paul Romano in this firm over to the Better Business Bureau, the Texas Attorney General, and the Texas State Bar. We highly do not recommend Mr. Kenneth Sumner and/or his partner in their firm!
