If not for Mr. Stenbeck I would have been in a much worse state after my seperation. He was very clear and concise in explaining my rights as a parent and what reasonable expectations were. Having him really defused a lot of the conflict and I still have my children. Thank you Mr Stenbeck!

If I could leave 0 I would. TERRIBLE.
$17,000 in fees in 4 months, and I ended up with less parenting time, less support and assets were not addressed. He didn’t file ANY affidavits on time, and what needed to be sent I literally had to draft for them after asking multiple times for them to reply without success.
RUN, and save yourselves thousands. Try Stringham Law instead.

Scott presented our case to the Judge with confidence, enthusiasm, and great knowledge. We cannot even begin to to express how grateful we are that we hired Scott for the job. In court he was straight to the point with no BS and expressed everything professionally but amazingly. We were able to get very close to our proposed plan in one court session without having to go to special chambers; which other lawyers said would not be an option. I do not think the other lawyer was expecting the amazing presentation of facts that Scott was able to lay out in a very short amount of time. He was well prepared and well versed with what he had to say. I do not think you would be disappointed! We would never have been able to do this without him. When other lawyers we met with were intimidating, didn't get back to us in a timely manner or told us the way they saw our case going we were incredibly discouraged. One meeting with Scott and we knew he was the perfect fit for us. Thank you Scott!!!!

Professional, but not all about making the big buck (unlike at least 2 other lawyers in this city). He was super knowledgeable, up front with my options and got my case resolved as quickly as he could. Stuck to the facts and wasted no time (or billable hours) on the B.S. I would DEFINATELY recommend Scott Stenbeck over and over again.

Scott worked with me back in 2006 on a child access case. He was able to negotiate enough with the opposing counsel, that they in turn asked me to settle without going to court. This saved me thousands in legal costs and stress. I would call him again in a minute. Thank you Mr Stenbeck for your prompt and hard work.

Scott was my lawyer when I was 16 dealing with a vehicle accident claim. He came highly recommended from a friend then and was always punctual and on top of everything when I needed it. We were able to close the case better then we expected. I recently got back in touch with him to help with other needs and he is even better then I remember. I met with Scott he was very friendly down to earth easy to talk to. I explained my situation to him and he let me know that what I needed wasn't his master field and with my permission he personally called another lawyer that he felt would be best for my situation. He didn't try to rush me out he explained why he felt I would be better with another lawyer and I was happy that he himself took the action to set up an appointment for me. Mr stenbeck has done a wonderful job on my case. At the beginning he promptly met with us and thoroughly explained the steps of the court process. Scott made a plan with us and has delivered on every point and step that he said he would do. He has been confidant and reassuring, also not afraid to put me in my place if I was being unreasonable, which helped the process work out positively. Scott's communication from time to time was a little bit weak, but the majority of the time I got a timely reply to emails or calls. Would recommend Scott to anyone. He has to be one of the top lawyers in this city. Hopefully I never need him again but he will be choice number 1.

We were very impressed with Scott having met with him for some 2 hours, he was more than ready to take on our case but after giving it much thought and discussing it with colleagues he was concerned that a conflict could arise and for that reason felt it better not to represent us. We were very disappointed but better to be sure than run the risk of a problem down the road. The proposed defendant had been to most of the lawyers in town which limited the choices but Scott offered to check around and see who he could recommend, an offer which was gladly accepted and he did find a very good lawyer who would take on the case. Going the extra mile was greatly appreciated, his compassion and knowledge will not be forgotten and on top of that he did all this with no charge! This raises the standard that more lawyers need to attempt to live up to. Thanks Scott

Did not pressure me. Gets back to your emails quickly. Is honest about how things may or may not go for you in court. Explains what you need to know and answers your questions. A personable professional. I would use him again.

Scott Stenbeck saved my sanity in a rather messy divorce. My first lawyers documents were vague and poorly written which left my ex wanting more. I needed better representation as I was facing court proceedings. Scott came highly recommended to me and I called him immediately. He was prompt, professional, and represented me well. Not only did he do right by me in court, I found he was always there for me if I had questions or concerns. He is quick to reply by phone or email. I find the negative reviews on him hard to believe as my experience with him was completely positive. He is top notch and not your typical lawyer- I highly recommend his services.

Mr. Stenbeck was referred to us by a friend to help with a custody case. We found him to be very professional and knowledgable. He helped our case immensely. He's a busy guy, so there were some times we had to wait to hear from him, but obviously our case wasn't always going to be his #1 priority, but whenever we needed him at court or in an emergency situation, he was always there, 100%. His office staff was great to deal with. He's not the cheapest lawyer in town, and we've dealt with our fair share, but he was definitely worth it and we found that he did his best to keep his "billable time" to a minimum. We're extremely impressed by Mr. Stenbeck and have gone so far as to refer other people to him for help.

Scott has immediate answers to very overwhelming problems. He gets to work in a timely fashion and is easy to talk to. Scott uses language that is easy to understand. He has pleasant and organized office staff. Scott does not waste time.
