Ms. Desimone was more concerned about her appearance and paying her parking meter. Even though I was being charged over $200. /hr. while we were in court, she would not park in a paid lot and kept running out to the meter to add more coins! Besides being preoccupied with herself, she threatened to walk out on me in court if I didn't agree to her terms, had me sign an agreement while we were in court to re-finance my house to pay her bill if I don't get help in legal fees from my spouse and lied continually as to what she had previously told me. This sounds ignorant on my part but she used scare tactics by saying that the judge will rule against me if I don't follow her advice. I wish I could be more eloquent in clearly pointing out the problems I had with her representation, but she is not for you. In retrospect, it was as if her and my adversary's lawyer worked out the settlement best for them and then forced it on us, all to the tune of almost $100,000 for approximately 1 1/2 yrs.
