I sent an unsolicited e-mail to Peter detailing my current issues with the CRA and debating the merits of a request for a Judicial Review, and he was kind enough to reply to me in a timely manner with detailed advice. He could have recommended pursuit of the issue, but instead indicated his belief that my chances were likely very poor (and offered reasons for this opinion). This was consistent with how I somewhat perceived my situation - I just needed to hear it from an expert in this field. He replied equally timely to a follow-up e-mail from me with further advice. No mention was made by him about recompense for his generous time conversing with me. His advice was professional and clear.

I was so impressed Peter’s knowledge and dedication to my tax dispute. He was focussed on the things that were important, made sure that I understood everything and fought hard to win my case. Peter is a rare breed and I grateful that I found the right lawyer for the job.

I found Peter after going through a terrible experience with another tax lawyer and am extremely happy that I did! From the start he was open and honest about my options. He helped explain the legal jargon of the CRA to help me understand the process and situation I found myself in. Throughout the entire process he was responsive and provided guidance on best course of action to move forward. If you need someone to help you with any trouble with the CRA or tax issues – Peter is your guy!
