Please do not bother with this lawyer. The worse experience I've ever had from a human being much less from lawyers. Family law is one of the most imperative experience you'll ever have. It is emotionally and mentally exhausting. It is one of the most stressful challenge you will face and you will need a good lawyer to make through. Mr Respicio is not the one you want by your side when you're going through this life experience. Take my word for it and do more research before wasting time you'll never be able to get back and hard working money.

It was my first time seeing a family lawyer with a few questions about a straightforward case. In a short meeting the information he gave me was frantic, scattered and so confusing. He would suggest an approach based on irrelevant reasons; when I'd question that this is the exact opposite of my situation, he would switch to another irrelevant argument. He was so distracted during the session and could not even concentrate to continue his own train of thought. He would start an example and in the middle of it forget what he was saying!!! He is not fit to represent anyone forcefully I believe. I used him as one of the legal-aid lawyers, so did not pay for the short session. But I don't think having paid him would have made any difference in leaving me more confused than the beginning. My questions were not answered; he added to my confusion by haphazard answers and he simply did not have the knowledge to guide me despite the fact that my case was such a straightforward case.

Talked a good game till he secured a sizable deposit for separation proceedings then seemed to do only the bare minimum. Didn't have a strategy. Was never proactive just reactive. Allowed me to endure terrible defamation of character accusations and parental alienation actions by my ex husband in writing and did nothing to uphold my reputation. I remember the defendants lawyers making off the record comments that they could "say anything" without repercussions. The overall feeling was that this lawyer has become disenchanted with being a lawyer and is no longer capable or interested of quality representation or the outcome for his client as he knows he gets paid either way.

I went to see two or three lawyers. There were all mechanical, cold, indifferent. They learned I had no money of my own.Instead, Mr. Respicio looked me straight in the eye, shook my hand across the desk and invited me to sit down. From the get-go he treated me with respect and empathy, never patronized.He was honest about his professional judgment of the problems and knowledgeable about Legal Aid and it's limitations. I am so grateful that I want to publish to the whole world the praise that this man deserves, for he is one of the finest human beings I have ever met. Based on my assessment of his conversations with me, Mr. Respicio is completely non-judgmental. If you are luck enough to land in Mr. Respicio's office, you have found a true life-raft. Mr. Respicio is a real mensch. I will be forever grateful to him and hope and pray that those who need someone to understand,find him.One in a million. He's a great man.

This lawyer charge me huge money however done nothing for me. He met me a few times only to give me hard time. I paid him and then he didnt file nothing for me until when I want to file to court but he didn't show up.no phone calls, no follow ups.and when I want to switch to another lawyer, he sent me a big bill for nothing he had done for me. I even offer to do all the paper works. his secretary was like queen and told me to decide what to do. I didn't know what I need a lawyer for. anyways, he is a worst lawyer and please never go to him.Trust me he will do nothing for you except taking your money. His excuse was his father was sick in the hospital. Man, I have family issue that I am divorced, that is why I have to pay big money to hire a lawyer. bad! bad ! bad! you will regret like me if you hire him. I loss all my money on this lawyer didn't get even having him to file documents for me don't think about he show up to the court. this is the worst lawyer I have een so far.
