This lawyer is used up and should just retire. He is only good at increasing costs without accomplishing much. He is big on useless emails. He insists you include his assistant to save money and then ends up billing you for both his and his assistance's time.

While Gerald Yemensky talks a good game the reality is he is far more concerned with billable hours than representing clients. I would be very wary of retaining him and suggest better lawyers can be found elsewhere.
