I hired Rose based on word of mouth from some of her past clients. My experience with her was forthright and pleasant, considering how pleasant a separation and divorce can be. Rose is not the lawyer you want if the "hate" stage has set in with one of the parties. She is NOT the prototypical "bloodsucking lawyer" you often hear about...who strive to instigate the hate, therefore more money for them. So, if you are both adults and want a voice of reason to represent you, hire Rose Pellar.

Rose is a Woman of Vision. I first heard of Rose when both of us were choses to contribute chapters in the book "Joy of an EX" about Divorce Choices.
Rose Pellar practices "Collaborative Family Law", she is Mediator and Litigator. She is extremely knowledgeable, very dedicated and has your best interests at heart. If you want to "stick it to your spouse" then Rose is not for you. If on the otherhand you want fair and peace of mind, then she is your gal. She's been through the ringer herself, she's not in it for the money she wants to make a difference. Need help? Call Rose! JMorrison

Represent yourself and save your money..this one is expensive, passive and not very well versed in her practice of family law
