Tracey might seem kind and attentive at first, but it’s all a mask. When it came to actually handling my case, she was nowhere to be found. Calls and emails went unanswered, and right when things got critical, she took off on vacation without so much as a heads-up. The only thing she stayed consistent with was sending me her invoices. For someone who presents herself as caring, her actions show that her priorities are far from her clients.

She was able to settle our issues using Mediation, rather than an expensive court process. She has great ability to see past the nonsense and focus on the end game. she really helped me and my family during a very stressful time and I am grateful to have had her on my team. I will recommend her to my friends and family.

Tracey is such a nice lady! She was so patient and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She helped me understand the family legal system and what to expect. I feel like I knew so much more after one hour with her.

Negligent. Over $6,000 spent with nothing to show for except a few letters sent to opposing party. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Waste of time and money (Divorce/Family Law).

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tracey for Wills, POA's or living wills. I have used her services for a number of years and find her to be knowledgeable and professional. I also appreciate that her office has multiple staff so nothing gets missed if someone is with another client or away from the office.

Tracy was helping my grandmother and me with our legal matters and she fully invested herself into said matters. She was very compassionate to the situation and did no pass judgement in anyway.

Tracey is hard working, respectful and very detail oriented. She not only cares about her clients but has the knowledge and skill as a lawyer to fight for their rights while remaining professional and cook under conflict. I would highly recommend Tracey and will return to her for any future legal needs

And so just like that off she goes out of country leaving me flat trying to find another lawyer - no notice, court right around the corner, just one day to the next it seems our overgrown student decides she is not yet done her backpacking years. Tracy, I needed a lawyer to get this divorce done. If you cant hack it, and I know the opposing lawyer is tough, but that is what I was paying you for. So find the means to grow up if you can on your overseas adventure- where are you going? Carribean?

While a nice person, Tracey is not a very good lawyer. Little to no communication, literally went on vacation leaving critical things hanging with not attempt let anyone involved know. The only thing she did reliably was bill me. She actually “resigned” from RLG before I could fire her. I don’t know where her priories lie, but they certainly are not with her job or her clients.

Tracey is a very good lawyer. She is a good listener and I felt she really understood my problem with my ex. She really sttOod up for me against the crazy lady. I'm glad she was on my side.

Tracey became my lawyer after another lawyer left the firm. At first I was not happy about changing lawyers but when I saw how good she is, I was really happy about it. She is totally cool-headed and looks at things really practically. she really kept the whole family in mind when helping me to decide what to do. I really felt like she was trying to de-escalate the conflict and the get me to look at the bigger picture. I always felt lawyers were just out for the money but this is one lawyer who really isn't.

I used Tracey's services to review a lease agreement for a commercial space I am going to rent. She was very thorough and made helpful recommendations that enabled me to negotiate some better terms with the landlord. She got back to me promptly and things were wrapped up much more quickly than the last time I did this with another lawyer. I am impressed.

Tracey was exceptional in all aspects of doing our wills. She was very professional yet practical , explaining in layperson terms all the things we needed to make decisions about. I wished she was around when my parents did their wills....it would make my POA role easier.

I suspect a lot of people put off getting their will done because they dread the process. Tracey made the process of doing my will up, well, not fun exactly, but it was mostly like a pleasant conversation rather than a legal chore. Using her services was also convenient -not something I say about most legal processes- especially as she was able to come to me and finish the process over coffee. Finally, her pricing was more than competitive with others who offer far less service and personal attention. If I could die twice, I'd retain her again.

Tracey was not only very knowledgeable and professional but very easy to work with as we moved through the documents. The fact that she was able to come to our home was special to us as we have mobility issues. Our documents were prepared and returned to us in good time and time was taken to review them carefully to ensure accuracy.

Amazing! I had my will done by another lawyer 5 years ago and that didn't even compare. The will Ms. Erler did was so much better and she explained everything so thoroughly. She patiently answered every question my wife and I had. Highly recommended.
