Kelly is very knowledgable but did not deliver on his given timeline and only completed my work after I had to repeatedly requested my file be completed. The work was handed off to an articling student and was obviously not reviewed by him before being delivered to me. After complaining about the work I had a meeting with him, resulting in a higher charge. For what I was told would be a one to two day job it ended up taking two to three weeks.
