I agree with the part of the "excellent" review wherein they said Peter Leask has few pears ... he also has a few marbles missing. This review is a phony review put in by his girlfriend, who is just as bad at spelling as he is at mediating

This person as judge is the worst thing that has ever happened to my children and the family legal system in BC.... biased doesn't describe his failings. He's got a god complex and refuses to properly consider the opinions of real family law professionals. He repeated has made it clear by joking that he doesn't read materials and therefore obviously cannot make effective decisions - but don't worry he will make decisions that is clear only you can't tell why he makes them.

He is still behaving like a criminal lawyer while on the bench. As a result, his rulings are biased beyond belief. Perhaps the farthest possible from being a fair, reasonable judge. If we had elections for judges he would not stand a chance.

I agree with the previous rater - this judge has the guts to do the right thing - he sees right through liars - many supreme court judges just take the path of least resistance....that can be very harmful to children in a family law situation. I wish there were more Peter Leasks on the bench!!!
