Not personable. Appears to be very knowledgeable about his specialty of law, but in a mechanical way, and finds it difficult to grasp the overlapping rules. Long-winded, and not sympathetic to the client, unwilling to take responsibility for errors, and making simple corrections for them without great hardship and cost. He perceives his role as a lawyer is not to be an "advocate" or advisor for the client, but only, tell them the "law." Estate planning ability is limited.
