Meyerson is the conservator of my special needs sons trust. I received a letter from the trustee stating, the amount of monthly disbursements to my son were not in accordance with the governing language of the court ordered trust agreement. In my opinion, Meyerson authorized thousands of dollars of monthly disbursement overpayments, when he should have not done so. The money should still be in the trust, being invested, gaining interest, etc. The monthly disbursements were only supposed to increase by 3% compounded lannually. My son is now being financially exploited by the person(s) living with and off him. I have lost all contact with my son. He has been cut off from my entire family. These are clear signs of financial exploitation, but Meyerson refuses to do anything about it. As counsel to Adult Protective Services, Meyerson should be ashamed of himself. He was appointed by the court. Knowing what I do now, I would have not hired him. He refuses to communicate with me.
