Dear Ms. Dvorak:
My attorneys have made a financial settlement and mutual release agreement with me. This covers some of my losses and expenses. In exchange I have removed all possible negative postings and reviews of their firm and individual lawyers. In addition, I have updated the reviews, marking them as “resolved.”
If you wish to negotiate a similar settlement with me, I will offer you the same opportunity to help clear your reputation on the internet. After such settlement, my retraction shall state that you have resolved all issues between us to my complete satisfaction.
This offer shall remain in effect for ten days, after such time I will be updating my reviews.

I hired Dvorak’s firm to represent me regarding consumer fraud. Dvorak was assigned to my case, and deposed my witness.
I had not heard from Dvorak for over 3 months. When I called her office I was told she was no longer employed at the firm. In February, 2013 that Lori Dvorak indicated to her Ethics Committee that she did not abandon me, but she was locked out and could not represent me. Her firm told me she had my files when she left the firm, and could have chosen to not only contact me, but to continue to represent me. Dvorak did not even refer me to another lawyer.
I was not given my legal right to have Lori continue her representation should I have chosen to do so. Dvorak abandoned me without even the courtesy of contacting me.
