If something simple, he is good. If not, he didnt explain it to me. I just get a bill. His writing is hard to read even when writing to me. Like I said, if he fills out forms only, he is fine. If he has to do anything more, he's gonna bill you for stuff you dont understand. I dont know the law. He dont seem to want to explain it to me neither.
