Intentionally mislead the Appellate Division. Did almost no work on my case. He obviously felt some degree of shame and returned my retainer.

I've been a client for 8 years. During this time I have had extreme difficulty getting updates and information regarding my case. I have made many requests for appointments that are ignored. On several occasions I was finally given an appointment only for Mr. Dwyer to not keep it. The status of my case is currently still unknown. The severity of his communication issues is why I do not recommend him.
