She is truly a horrible human being. She is unethical, immoral, and misrepresents the facts. She should have her license to practice law permanently revoked.

Extremely rude tenacious attorney who wants to harass and NEVER gives up despite losing her arguments . Over reaches to attempt to win . Misapplies rules of professional boards . Has been found to misrepresent facts and has had communications not revealed to the defense . She seems to enjoy the privilege as a DAG and has been found to abuse her power and position but unfortunately cannot be touched simply because she is a DAG!! She should be forced into retirement .

Of many Deputy Attorney’s General, Ms Gelber is one of the most thorough. She is extremely attentive to detail.
Ms Gelber knows this, and consequently, is extremely condescending, sometimes even insulting, lacking basic people- skills.” She has shunned many competent professionals, with a “little miss perfect” attitude."
Knowledgeable: yes, but not a professional lawyer.
