DO NOT USE THE SERVICE
I should have investigated and find some reviews before hiring her for my house closing. I just went by the recommedation of
Realtor and ended up in worst nightmare anyone can have when buying a property.
As it is mentioned by other person here
1. Works against you ( in favor of the Seller in my case )
2. Does not Fight for you , nor even helps to reach to a fair decision.
3. Just works for her fees only and does not even bother to respond in case you need to make desicion based on response of other side.
4. Simply agrees to what other side Lawyer and Client.

This attorney was the buyer's when I sold my home. She miscalculated Realty transfer fee and three weeks later was looking for $1400, very expensive mistake on her part. All I can say is "check you numbers" with this one!!
