This lawyer is horrible. He agrees to the things without even checking with his clients. How did he even pass the bar? So unethical. He should be disbared. Lawrence Wander is an excellent attorney who really goes above and beyond for his clients. He is very responsible. He is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend him.

Lawrence Wander was defense attorney for Liberty Mutual Ins Co. He spent his time in the office playing card games in the conference room. He left to go into private practice and was a defense attorney for USFG. His wife Chris is his secretary. He does not appear to be doing defense work, so he thought he would try real estate.

Lawrence A . Wander was irresponsible and dishonest to me. I had other real estate closings, but I never experienced the repeated delays, mistakes and ridiculous excuses Mr. Wander gave me. His most frequent lie was that the seller or the seller’s lawyer did not get back to him, but Mr. Wander did not know that often I was with the seller when the seller called him, and the seller gave me copies of letters Mr. Wander said he didn’t get. When I confronted Mr. Wander about his lies, he had to admit them but he blamed them on family gatherings, babysitting, water leaks and similar weird excuses he called his personal “emergencies". He must have thought I was stupid. I will never hire Mr. Wander again!

I retained Mr. Lawrence Wander to handle my closing. This was the biggest mistake of my life. Not only on the day of the closing Mr. Wander did not show up, he said he lost the escrow checks and I was not able to close on the house of my dreams. Not only did I lose the house but I lost my deposit and I am still chasing him down for my funds. I have called his cell phone many times but his voice-mail is constantly filled up. If I call his office usually no one answers and if I do get someone it is his receptionist Chris and she is always rude and abrupt and says he is in a meeting. I now have an additional expense of hiring another attorney to recoup my losses. I would not recommend this so called lawyer to obtain a dog license.

Lawrence Wander was not reliable or honest with me. He kept procrastinating and delaying his work. He was always late for appointments and sometimes did not show up. He also didn’t seem to understand the law and gave me contradictory advice. He caused me a lot of trouble and the work never got done. I don’t recommend him.

I have used Mr. Wander for my personal and real estate business and have been very happy with his service. I will recommend him to all my friends and family members.
