After many complaints to the judge about Ms. Duncan's follow through, I was unsuccessful in getting her to do anything. It literally felt like she was only doing what the court ordered and nothing else to pursue my best interests. Forget emailing her, she won't email back. Many times her email is too full to leave any messages. She does not excel in father's rights and I'm sure her being a female has something to do with it. Do not hire her if you want an aggressive attorney.
