I'd stay a mile away from this guy. He represented us for a real estate transaction in South Jersey based upon a family recommendation. Totally clueless in some of the differences in common procedures in South vs North Jersey. Horrible communication with us, engaged in some tactics that almost made the transaction fall through, and did not notify us of any of this beforehand. In the middle of closing, in a room full of people including the sellers, blurted out "oh, is that your bankruptcy?" Which, in addition to being completely embarrasing, had no relevance at this point as we came to closing with the necessary funds. He had to correct his paperwork to include this, and should have been handled in private. I nearly kicked him out of the closing. Horrible horrible horrible attorney. Stay far away
