BEWARE!!!!
PLZ STAY AWAY from this attorney, my recent experience with him for a COOP deal was nothing but an EXORBITANT NIGHTMARE. Highly non-responsive, myriad follow-ups
and appalling customer service. He charged me $750 (Attorney fee) for a deal which fell through in between with NO fault of mine. Also, he lied to me stating TITLE/LIEN search service is needed by my bank for loan closure and he charged me $685 for it,however, when i confirmed with my bank, it WASN'T necessary. I lost total $1435 for a coop deal which didn't even go through and Mr. Sheldon Margolis was of NO HELP.
I feel cheated and looted. I would NEVER EVER recommend him.
