Mr. Friedrich represents everything that is wrong with the legal system. He practices law with absolute disregard for the rules governing civil litigation and ethical conduct. By way of example he was recently sanctioned by the Honorable Judge Wilson for filing a frivolous litigation for the purpose of harassing the defendant and his lawyer in an action which his clients are Defendants currently open in Fl. In the FL litigation he has been sanctioned numerous times for conduct during discovery and faces having his pleadings stricken due to massive discovery fraud by him and his clients. Friedrich has been sanctioned at least one other time in New Jersey.
