His Rude staff refused to provide any professional accountability in written and verbal communication. They evidenced bad communication skills, and would be repeatedly interrupting us. We were refused copies of our own signature, and documentation to which we have a client right. He provided very little value for his charged rates. His office staff asked irrelevant questions that was tantamount to an invasion of our privacy, and an abuse of their position of power.

Completed my house purchase at a great price. The secretary is amazing, polite and always strives to go above and beyond to assist and walk you through the buying process. I would definately go back and have referred friends, who got treated just as well me.
