Overpaid for mistakes made by her and the buyer's attorney. Three weeks after closing looking for $1400 that was not collected at closing because of a miscalculation on their part. Took two weeks to receive my check for the initial deposit and still waited three weeks for escrow that was held. Very little communication in regards as to when and why the deal was closing. Would never recommend this attorney.
