This guy is an arrogant DH who doesn't know the law. (As evidenced by his ethical violation)

Extremely rude. Needs an attitude adjustment. He is also a part time judge in Elizabeth, accused of ethical misconduct in the past yet remains in that position. These judges do whatever they want in that courtroom. Especially Obuch.
