If you are looking for a criminal attorney with tenacity and courage to take on prosecutors dont hire Terry Stomel! He will not fight for you. He doesnt put forth any effort in preparing for a case.Not to mention he is ALWAYS late to court! He was not happy we consulted with another attorney because of the difficulty/seriousness of our case/Terrys behavior. Terry did not like that and requested to be removed from the case. He put more time and effort into his motion to be removed as the lawyer than he did with the motions to suppress any evidence. He also was not truthful when writing it. I personally spoke with him in regards to the information that he said was withheld from him. The previous person said it best, senile. He looked like a fool as he stumbled through the facts, which he didnt have right. The state let him know and made him look like an amateur not someone with 40 years experience. If your looking for an attorney that has your back he is not it!

run as fast as you can, never on time, never available, has other attorneys in his office doing his work and expensive!!

terry b stomel is the worst lawyer you can possibly hire! he will overcharge you, he is never available, incompetent, senile and a total waste of time!! he will pass your case to another attorney within his firm and charge you double! do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!!
