Another one of those MD law firms that to them the Rules of Professional Conduct are the same as politicians Code of Ethics.
Scheduled a consultation 20 days ahead. 9 days prior emailed very specific, Is there a conflict with this employer: Their reply, "NO". 2 days later sent all documents and then payment. Date of consultation left at 11:30am for 1 1/4 hr drive for 1pm. Arrived 12:45pm, meet at door by employee that advised that they had called home phone and left message, then emailed. Actual times: They called home at 12:35pm:emailed at 12:40pm, then again at 12:58pm. While they state on their website that they are the ones that are skilled and have the expertise for your case I find otherwise and if only willing to take on easy cases than be HONEST and state so. You are the Smithey Law Group and if something else don't use a pretext as her employer did.

Negotiation deadlines were missed. My employment discrimination case was strung out for a year and a half with no resolution, costing me tens of thousands of dollars. They were not on top of my case and failed to advocate for me at multiple critical points.
