Stay away from this attorney. Being represented by this individual is worse than having no attorney at all. He never offered any real defense in my case, misrepresented the plea offer from the DA, never challenged my being denied bond. Allowed incorrect criminal information to be used for sentencing and probation reports to the court, and even mistakenly gave false, and extremely prejudicial, information to a court appointed therapist which resulted in denial of probation. He never showed up on time for court appearances, if he showed up at all, and had the unbelievable gall to swear at me using every four letter word he could think of including using his middle finger to emphasize his concern for my complaint about his arrival 5 minutes before a sentencing hearing! This mental meltdown gave credence to my fears of his instability being a result of some sort of substance abuse issue or an emotional breakdown, leaving me no choice but to fire him during the sentencing faze of my case.
