Click to report rating    6/16/16   5     5     5     5     5   I hired Mr. Taylor to handle my difficult child support case. Both TN and VA were taking out child support for the same child at the same time, as well as VA intercepting thousands of dollars each year but refusing to report to to TN child support office. This resulted in TN going after me for some $15000 in upaid support. Mr. Taylor worked effortlessly and was able to get all the documentation needed to show the judge/magistrate that I didn't owe what TN said I owed. TN child support was in error by Nearly $13,000. He then said he would represent me but when it came to responding to the pending motions for sanctions/ cost against me he did not. A judgment was entered against me for costs and secondary costs. I then called Mr. Taylor and told him I talked to the Knoxville bar association and they said to file a petition to reopen the judgment in the existing court. But despite my request he filed a untimely appeal by fax which was eventually thrown out because the appeals co RID: 126983
